It's Been A Great Week
It's been a good week in PA for the RDRNE dogs... They received some truly fantastic gifts of toys, collars, treats, play sand and an outdoor kennel run!!! The generosity is so joyous to witness in the happy pittie faces that bat their new balls about and stretch their legs safely in a new kennel run with soft sand under their paws :)

We met Belle last week, we have to share the happy picture of her with her new ball and collar she got from Robin Bell and Vickie McCormick. The smile on her face is priceless. Belle achieved a milestone this week as well, she's been working on leash training and had her first solo kennel line run out of her fenced play area. She had a blast and we had to chuckle at her play antics. Yay!! We do have a pending placement to share; our little 4 month old Catalina went to a fantastic foster home in PA. She still needs a forever home of her own, but for now she's snuggled up with an awesome foster family. If you would like t adopt Catalina, please fill out an application at www.rdrne.org.
We did have a new addition to rescue, Precious aka Sadie, who was an NYC ACC public adoption that didn’t work out due to landlord issues :( Sadie is a stunning blue nose pit/mix female that is 2 years old, altered, utd and microchipped. Sadie is a big girl full of energy. She loves to play fetch, is very engaged with her person, and is good w/basic commands. If you have a household that is fast paced, older kids and no cats, do we have your girl. Our Tails from Pa “Spotlight” shines on Peanut. Peanut is a loving, couch snuggling 6 year old female that is altered, utd and microchipped. If you have cats and no dogs, you couldn’t pick a more perfect girl. Peanut came to rescue as a owner surrender due to allergies of the new boy friend :( We personally would keep Peanut and dump the boy friend, but luckily Peanut finds herself with RDRNE and working together, a new loving home for her will be found. Please, if you would like to provide this laid back snuggler a comfy sofa to cuddle with you on, fill out an app at www.rdrne.org to foster or adopt.
Work continues on at our little facility, we can always use donations of fencing, lumber, sand, and any items that the dogs could benefit from on a daily basis. If you would like to donate, and remember all donations are tax deductible :) please email tereruffrescue@gmail.com.
